Overview:
The Fraternity House attracts more hispanics than anything, but that doesn’t mean that other people aren’t invited to join! Drink are extremely cheap ($2.50 per hit) which is very strange for California. The bartenders make them nice and strong and do a great job of treating everybody equally. All in all, I give it a C+.
